SAMPSON, Raymond J.

completed a manuscript on the history of Starrucca which he gave to the residents to publish and sell for the benefit of the community. While none of this manuscript now appears here,
we hope to include it at a later date so it may continue to do
as it was intended - benefit the Starrucca community.

SMITH, Reverend Jude, O.F.M.
provided a history of St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, its cemetery records, and the census listings.

BROWNELL, Jeanette B.
wrote the biographical sketch of Elisha P. Strong.

RHONE, Geneva
brought the records of Starrucca Cemetery up to date through early 1972.

SPEARS, Margaret Skellett
contributed an original poem of hers, and one by her late
father, Walter W. Skellett.

DICKEY, Margaret Munro Smith
wrote the history of the Methodist Ladies' Aid Society and compiled the lists of graduates from the Starrucca high school.

CARD, Marguerite
a skilled court stenographer, typed most of the booklet to
ready it for production.

YOUNG, William S.
served as acting editor.

DOWNTON, Jack
allowed reproduction of the painting which appears on the booklet's cover.

CAMPBELL, Julian A.
allowed the reproductions of a variety of his photographs to appear throughout the booklet.
